What you see is decided by two things and nothing else — the line the care runs in, and the tier you signed in with.

Three lines of care
The line decides where the session happens and which record set you fill in. You can be credentialled for more than one; a patient sits in exactly one at a time.

PaediatricsDevelopmental & SEL
Developmental delay, cerebral palsy, autism, speech, sensory. Multi-discipline by default.
Centre, hospital unit, school — plus home carryover run by the parents.
Your centres, your patients, your caseload. You author the record — assessments, notes, home programmes, reports. Everyone above you is reading what you wrote.

What this tier owns
Register the patient allocated to them and complete consent and intake.
Run the first assessment on the instrument their service line requires.
Set goals and the session plan, and get the centre lead's countersign where required.
Deliver each session and log it the same day — the log is the record, not a copy of it.
Reassess on schedule, publish the report, and flag anything needing the tier above.
The cascade above is the short answer. This is the exact one, cell by cell.

04 The workflow Paediatrics
Referral to discharge, in nine stages
All three lines run the same nine stages. What changes is who refers, where the session happens and which instrument you measure on. The badge names the tier that owns the stage. Switch lines in the bar above.
05 Day to day Runbooks
What to do when you sign in
The nine stages are one patient's arc. This is the loop your tier runs every day. Yours is marked.
TIER 1
Super Command Centre
Health first, exceptions second, structure third.
Read the week on Command Centre — sessions, revenue, centre movement.
Clear the warning flags: missed logs, overdue reassessments, adherence drops.
Allocate anything sitting in Lead Acquisition for more than a day.
Act on outliers with the centre lead, not around them — then handle structure and pricing.
TIER 2
Independent Command Centre
Everything here is bounded by your centres.
Read your centre dashboard — today's bookings, who's on shift, yesterday's completions.
Triage arrivals: referral in, therapist and slot out, same day.
Check cover — a named primary and a named cover on every active patient.
Countersign what's waiting, then chase yesterday's unlogged sessions.
TIER 3
Therapists Portal
You're the one who writes. Log on the day, not on Friday.
Open Appointments and confirm today's list.
New patient? Register, consent, first assessment, set goals.
Session done → write the note now, and update the home programme before they leave.
Reassess when it's due, then publish the report — the family and the doctor read it.
TIER 4
Patient Portal
Your own record, first assessment to discharge.
Confirm your next appointment or ask for a different slot.
Work through the home programme and mark carryover done.
Read each progress report as it's published.
Message your therapist about anything that changed, and keep your invoices.
TIER 5
Referring Doctor Portal
Only the patients you referred, and only to read.
Refer with the reason, precautions and goals stated.
See that therapy started, and which therapist took it.
Read progress at each reassessment — the measure, not a narrative.
Raise a query inside the record; take the discharge summary into your follow-up.
06 Where it lives Surface register
Every surface and its state
So nobody is sent to a door that isn't open yet. Live in daily use · Pilot limited group · To build specified, not shipped.
The Growth Engine — every enquiry that reaches Pro Physio from any route, plus every completed assessment, read back in one table. Tier 2 sees its own centres.

12
Super Admin console — therapists, onboarding, centres, audit log, and the Command Centre panels. Retired. The name 301s to the assessment tool; the lead and funnel section it carried is the repository above.
Therapists Portal — appointments, patient EMR, SOAP notes, your numbers. Retired. The name 301s to the assessment tool, which is where a treating therapist now starts.
Manas AI is the clinical platform, not a console. /manas is a home screen and nothing else: four cards, one per caseload — Home Physio at /first-connect, Renal Physio at /renal-physio, Onco Physio at /onco-physio and Paeds Physio at /manas-paeds. No rollups, no panels, no data of its own. Sign in once at /login and every clinical tier still lands straight on Home Physio rather than being asked to choose; the home screen is for the days the work is a different caseload.
Growth Engine /manas-ai/leads
The one section kept out of the retired console, because it is the only one that was worked daily. Four stores read into one table — website and ad leads, the sales pipeline, guided-care enquiries and completed assessments — deduplicated so one enquiry is one row however many stores hold it. Read-only: triage still happens at /care-leads.
What the tiers still mean
The five tiers below are unchanged and still decide what a person may read — Tier 2 sees its own centres in the repository, Tier 3 and above open the assessment tool, Tier 4 and 5 are still to build. What changed is that a tier no longer implies its own console. The Super Admin console, the Therapists Portal and the Command Centre prototype are retired; the tier is now a scope, not a door.
Still open — Tier 4 and Tier 5
Patient portal — specified, unbuilt. Undecided: OTP or email, and one login per family or per child.
Referring doctor — needs the referral as a first-class field so "primary consultant and referrer" is enforced, not administered by hand.
Multi-centre leads — the console already reads a list of centres; the accounts still need populating.
